Spring Ball Info and FAQ's

Welcome to our Spring 2024 season here at Murrieta National Little League!  Divisions and pricing are below. We cant wait to see you out on the fields!

Tee Ball - $140.00
Coach Pitch - $140.00
Single A  Machine Pitch - $150.00
AA Player Pitch - $150.00
AAA - $150.00
Majors - $175.00
Intermediate - $200.00
Seniors - $200.00
Challenger - $30.00

Residency and Eligibility Requirements:
For all Tee Ball, Single A, AA, AAA, Majors, Intermediate, and Seniors, Residency and School verification is required. These documents can be uploaded during registration, making the process easier and faster for families or can be done in person prior to the beginning our the season.

Determining which level to register for:
If you are unsure of your player’s league age, follow this link to determine your player’s league age. Using this age, considering the last level played, and gauging your players ability will help you determine which division will be the best fit for your player. If you do not see the division you would prefer your player to be in as an available option during checkout please email [email protected] for assistance.

Multi-Player Discount:
If you are registering more than one child, brothers and/or sisters, in Murrieta National Little League, you will receive a discount of $25 for each additional child.

Late Fee (Waitlist):
A $30 late fee will be charged on registrations after the regular registration period ends on 1/1/24. The late registration period typically begins a week before the first draft in the Fall season. This is also typically about the time when the waitlist begins.

If you need to request a refund contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are unlikely to be approved after 1/16/24 absent special circumstances. Any applicable service charges and associated processing fee's are non refundable.

Common Q&A's

When does the season start?
Our 2024 Spring season will begin with practices in Mid January right after evaluations take place

How many games a week do we play?
There are typically 2 games and 1 practice per week. 1 game during the week and 1 Saturday game

When does the season begin and how long does it run? The Spring regular season typically begins in early March and runs through mid May

When will I receive my players practice and game schedule? 
Once registration has completed teams are assembled/drafted. After your players team is determined the team manager will contact you directly and provide team specific details such as practice times. 
Game schedules are typically released a few weeks after the close of registration and will be provided to your manager and posted on our webpage

Where are games played? Most games will be played at Los Alamos Hills Sports Park and HUNT Field  

When and where are practices scheduled? Practices will be held at Los Alamos Sports Park, Alta Murrieta Elementary School, and HUNT Field
Game cancellations due to weather:
The City of Murrieta determines when fields will be closed due to weather conditions. Field status is updated daily by the city (typically by 2pm) and can be found HERE

Is my player required to try out?  Only players league age 7 and above will need to attend an evaluation. Evaluations are to determine players abilities and skill levels to ensure they are placed in the appropriate division. Players league age 6 and below need not attend evaluations
Can I request for my child to be on the same team as his/her friend?  
Single A and below: While we cannot guarantee your child will be on the same team as his or her friend, we will do our best to honor all friend and family requests wherever possible.
AA and above: As these teams are drafted by managers, friend and family requests are unavailable for these divisions

What equipment will the league provide? Your player will receive a jersey, hat, belt, and socks as part of your registration. Each team will have a team bat and helmet for your player to use if they do not have one of their own

What equipment do I need to provide for my player?
You will need to provide your player with the following items to ensure they are properly equipped for the season: pants (your team manager will advise what color), glove, cleats (metal spikes are allowed for Middle School and above only), athletic cup and support (for male players)
