2024 MNLL Fall Registration

Welcome to Fall 2024 Murrieta Little League Baseball Registration!

Fall is considered developmental so the emphasis is on practice and skill development.

Available Programs:

Your child's league age will determine the programs available that they are eligible for. To determine their league age, please use the Little League age calculator. For more information on available programs click HERE

League Boundaries:

To be eligible to participate in this league, a parent/legal guardian must reside within the league's boundary or your child must be enrolled in grades K or above at a school within the league's boundary. To determine if you are eligible for Murrieta Little League, please use the Little League Finder.

Players who wish to register for Challenger Baseball are not required to reside within MNLL Boundaries, so please ignore the system's request for Residency and School Attendance Eligibility. Murrieta National Challenger Little League is for kids, “league age” 5 years old and older that have any special need(s) that precludes them from participating in a mainstream Little League program. Multi-Player Discount:

If you are registering more than one child, brothers and/or sisters, in Murrieta National Little League, you will receive a discount of $25 for the 2nd child and each subsequent child.

Scholarships:

Registration fees can be waived for a player if they meet one of several conditions. Please email: Scholarship Questions Click Here for more information regarding our scholarship program before completing registration to learn more about obtaining a scholarship.

Paying by check:

Late Fee (Waitlist):

A $25 late fee will be charged on registrations after the regular registration period ends. This is typically about the time when the waitlist begins.

Refunds:

To request a refund for your player's registration please fill out the refund Request Form. Refund Request Click Here

All refunds are subject to the discretion of the Murrieta National LL Board of Directors. Approved refund requests for the Fall season will be processed as follows:

A refund request made before July 15 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $3 processing fee.
A refund request made between July 16-August 15 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee and $3 processing fee.
There are no refunds after August 15 or after teams are formed, whichever happens first.

Please note: Full refunds will be provided due to injury or an unexpected move. Refunds will NOT be provided because families cannot adjust their schedules to Murrieta LL practice or game times, nor will refunds be provided because the league is unable to accommodate a teammate/carpool or coach request.

WHAT IS TEE BALL? Age 4-5 Years

Tee Ball is a non-competitive program focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals where players ages 4-5 are first introduced to the basics baseball and softball. Little League® International strives to provide a Tee Ball experience focused on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment while incorporating a high level of physical activity.

GAMES AND PRACTICES

Little League recommends that leagues hold two Tee Ball Activities (games or practices) per week. Each activity should last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes. Parents are strongly encouraged to stay at the field during Tee Ball activities. Little League provides each manager/coach with a curriculum of activities focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals that can be implemented during practices and games.

EQUIPMENT

Murrieta National Little League will provide each Tee Ball team with the equipment necessary for games and practices. Equipment that will be provided to each team includes helmets, bats, balls, and catcher’s equipment. Additionally, each player will be provided with a uniform shirt, belt, socks and hat. Items that typically need to be purchased by the parent include a glove, baseball/softball pants, baseball bag, and cleats. Some parents may also choose to purchase a bat for their child to use.

VOLUNTEERING

Volunteers are the backbone of every successful Little League program. Your community’s Little League program will have a wide range of volunteer opportunities available. Some common opportunities include coaching, concessions, fundraising, etc. Additionally, there are always a number of opportunities to volunteer on a one time basis such as a field work day, opening ceremonies, a fundraising event, etc. Little League encourages all parents to get involved and be an active part of your community’s Little League program.

FUNDRAISING

Many leagues will ask families to participate in a fundraiser to benefit the league. Fundraisers help leagues keep registration costs down and provide resources for improvements to the league.
